Store the battery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the battery at around 50% charge when storing for long periods. Avoid extreme temperatures, as this can degrade battery performance over time.
The battery (mobile power bank) is covered under a 6-month warranty. During this period, free maintenance or replacement is provided for manufacturing defects. However, damage caused by water, unauthorized disassembly, or improper use is not covered.
Never expose the battery to water or moisture. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the battery yourself. If the battery feels hot, stop using it immediately and contact customer support. Regularly check for any signs of damage or wear to ensure safe operation.
